Meadowbrook Park Homeowners Association

Welcome to the Meadowbrook Park Homeowners Association website!

We're glad you're here. Meadowbrook Park is a covenant-controlled subdivision in Flushing Township. The neighborhood was established in the 1990's and contains 100 homesites including single family homes and duplexes.

Our neighborhood includes single and double-income families with children ranging from newborn to college age and adults from newlyweds to grandparents. Our gently curving, quiet streets offer a pleasant place to walk, bike or jog. Neighborhood children play together under the watchful eyes of their parents. The view in our neighborhood is open and grassy with young trees. It is unobstructed by fences and sheds. Homeowners take pains with their landscaping, keeping their yards in top shape. A Genesee County drainage easement marks the outer limits of the subdivision providing a home to a variety of wildlife including ducks, frogs and turtles.

Meadowbrook Park offers homes with pleasant proportions, consistent quality and modern conveniences. Several of our homes have 3-car garages for extra storage and function. Only two building lots remain in our subdivision assuring calm days with no construction traffic.

Membership in the Homeowners Association is mandatory. Dues are minimal and have been lowered in recent years. Annual meetings are held each year on the second Tuesday in June. At that time, we elect new members to the Board of Directors, address concerns and share important information.

There are significant issues addressed in the Deed Restrictions for Meadowbrook Park. Limits on trailers and boats on the property, sheds, fencing, etc. are covered there. These restrictions are part of the contract new homeowners sign. It is important to be fully aware of the restrictions and willing to comply with them prior to closing on a Meadowbrook Park home.

Meadowbrook Park is in the Springview Elementary area of the Flushing School District. Several families choose to send their students to Central Elementary through Schools of Choice. Buses for both schools pick up students at their homes. The subdivision is situated within walking distance of the Flushing High School and the Flushing Middle School.

The location offers the benefits of being part of Flushing Township with its lower taxes and wide open spaces and the convenience of Flushing City services and businesses nearby. Bueche's and Kroger's grocery stores are five minutes drive away. The entrance to I-75 at Pierson is ten minutes drive from the entrance to the subdivision.

Other local attractions include several restaurants and parks, two ice cream stores, Tucker Pool and the Flushing Walking Trail with entrances at Flushing County Park and Bueche's Grocery store parking lot.
